- Launching or facilitating DDoS attacks or other network disruptions
- Using services for cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization
- Promoting hate speech, violence, or harassment
- Exploiting system resources in a way that affects other users
How to Report Abuse
If you encounter or suspect abuse originating from our servers or network, please notify us immediately by emailing abuse@crossware.my. Include the following information (if available):
- The domain or IP address in question
- A detailed description of the abuse
- Any relevant logs, screenshots, or evidence
We investigate all abuse reports and take appropriate action promptly.
Actions We May Take
Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:
- Suspend or terminate the offending account
- Block access to abusive content
- Notify the relevant authorities or law enforcement
- Update internal policies to prevent similar incidents
