  • Using services for cryptocurrency mining without prior authorization
  • Promoting hate speech, violence, or harassment
  • Exploiting system resources in a way that affects other users

How to Report Abuse

If you encounter or suspect abuse originating from our servers or network, please notify us immediately by emailing abuse@crossware.my. Include the following information (if available):

  • The domain or IP address in question
  • A detailed description of the abuse
  • Any relevant logs, screenshots, or evidence

We investigate all abuse reports and take appropriate action promptly.

Actions We May Take

Depending on the severity of the violation, we may:

  • Suspend or terminate the offending account
  • Block access to abusive content
  • Notify the relevant authorities or law enforcement
  • Update internal policies to prevent similar incidents
